The gift basket was amazing, my grandparents loved it!
The customer service is great as well, I had a slight issue (in relation to costs charged) that I raised with them and Lydia was very responsive, helpful and understanding.
Would definitely recommend buying from this company!

Ordered a gift for a birthday. Despite someone being in the delivery failed for 2 days and had to be rearranged and on the 3rd day they have said they cant find the property despite it being clear and having never had problems with anything being delivered before. Have attempted to contact them in 4 different ways. Now we are over a week into a perishable item being with delivery drivers supposedly in a heat wave and no contact from the company. Can only assume the company are a scam and I wish I had read these reviews before ordering from them as it would have been clear nothing would ever be received by them.
Strongly recommend avoiding!

I will never use Yumbles again. Do not use if you care when your gift arrives. I paid extra for specified delivery date. I hope the hamper I ordered as a gift arrives at some point in the future. It hasn’t even left DPD depot yet. Yumbles have not replied to me either. Would have given zero stars if I could.

Worst company I've ever delt with. Takes 1-2 days to come back to you and then another 1-2 days to come back to you to answer the question. I've had no refund or delivery. They are crooks. Don't shop here. They also block emails once they've told you they can't deal with you any longer because you'll soon be getting your product. Still no delivery . Crooks

Great service from Yumbles, I had to make contact as I had an issue with an order and Craig from Yumbles customer services came back to me straight away and sorted my problem there and then with just a few emails. So pleased he could help me so quickly. Many thanks and I know I'll use Yumbles again 😍

I ordered a hamper, due to arrive last Wed. I emailed, and was told that it had got lost in the system. and another one would be sent. This was on Mon, and nothing has happened since. I have been told it will be sent. I have asked for the order to be cancelled, and a refund sent, but no reply, or told when the order will arrive now.

Bread not delivered paid £7 for delivery..no reply to my messages, emails or telephone calls...ordered 10 days ago now. Won't he using this company again, because there no point of contact when this issue had arisen. And I've lost my money.

Dreadful service. Vegan hamper ordered for a birthday, gave 8 days notice. Didn't arrive, you are directed to message seller direct. Did that twice, 3 weeks later still no delivery, asked for refund and now not replying. Don't waste your money, feels like a scam.
