Gary came round to fix a blown heating element in our cooker. Fitted me in first thing and was done with the hour. Was quick, tidy and a lovely chap to boot. Really, really happy. Enjoy the Lamb!

We had the appliance professor fix our washing machine today. He was here less than an hour. Had the part ready to fix the machine and left the kitchen clean and tidy. The price was great, the service was efficient and friendly. Highly recommend.

The Appliance Professor was highly recommended to me by my neighbour. My neighbour wasn’t wrong! Gary responded to me very quickly and arranged to look at my washer/dryer the next day. Approached the Appliance Professor with symptoms of my incredibly noisy washing machine. Had read it might be bearings and the advice was "yes, agree, sounds like it and it's expensive to fix and we don't do that service, so better buying another". Could have charged me for lots of investigation, but was right upfront saying there was a better option.
