Terry and George have been performing garden clean ups, pruning and building garden structures etc for us for quite a few years now. They are a real pleasure to work with, reliable, knowledgable, and professional.

We have employed Terry every year since 2018. He normally works for minimum 2 days to do an annual "tidy-up" which is by no means a small job. He re-shapes our hedges, cuts back over-growth, trims our large magnolia trees and tends to the borders - both front and back gardens. We get this work completed by Terry around late October and each Spring - everything comes back to life with vigour having been so well looked after. I like gardening but this is a job I leave to the expert - Terry. I couldn't recommend anyone better for the job than him. He's also very trustworthy and a nice chap!

We have employed Greenwrights for a number of years to carry out significant Spring and Autumn tidy-ups for us. We have a medium-sized town garden with shrubs, a few fruit trees and some lawn and a small shrubbery in the front of the house. It takes two people a day to make-over. Greenwrights work quietly and concentratedly during that day and the garden looks beautifully neat and tended with shrubs and, if needed, trees pruned, grass cut, and plots thoroughly weeded. Greenwrights will remove trimmings and waste like fallen leaves for a small fee per sack. They give help and advice on shrub and vegetable types, planting and care and they will add compost or manure when judged necessary. They have also built some small timber structures for us. In short, they do exactly what we want really well and we find their rates remarkably reasonable. We can recommend their work.

Terry Kennett of Greenwrights Ltd. redesigned and refreshed the planting in my small garden in 2014. We found him very sympathetic to our requirements for an easy to care for garden, and were delighted with what he achieved (and applaud him and his colleague for working during an extremely hot early summer). As a non-gardener, who nonetheless loves the garden, I have been reliant on Terry to maintain my garden ever since, and I cannot recommend Greenwrights highly enough. Both Terry and George are a pleasure to deal with, and always willing to do a little extra to help me out. No hesitation in awarding the 5 star rating!

As an experienced gardener, I hesitate to engage other people to prune my fruit trees and ornamental trees, and to keep the hedges in good shape. So far this year, Terry and George have done two pieces of work for me. The first was pruning a range of fruit trees. The way they set about this proved that they were experienced, knowledgeable and careful pruners. When they had finished the work, the trees had that neat, elegant look which is easy to identify, hard to get right. Now the harvest season has arrived, the fruit crops are as good as they have ever been. That’s the ultimate test of pruning quality. More recently, Terry and George trimmed approximately 200 metres of ornamental and naturalistic hedging for me. Again, they have done an excellent job; tidy, careful and removing all the waste. I’ll definitely be asking them to do more work. The next job is likely to be the replacement of old decking which has reached the end of its natural life.

Terry and George have done an excellent couple of jobs for us recently, clearing the garden and tidying a number of trees and bushes for us. They were a pleasure to work with and I’ve recommended them to neighbours.

Terry and George did a grand job replacing a very broken and very long fence in the garden, with the minimum of fuss. Their quotation was transparent and service efficient. I've asked them to do more work on gates so I'm happy to recommend Greenwrights
